  • 1 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® Lemon Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups canned pineapple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup red apple, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup green apple, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup red grapes, in quarters
  • 1/2 cups celery, in thin slices
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped

  • Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water and cook the chicken for 30 minutes. After this time, remove the chicken breast, shred it, and set aside.
  • Mix McCormick® Lemon Mayonnaise, sour cream, syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Combine the red apple, green apple, grape, chicken, celery, and dressing in another bowl and mix with a spoon.
  • Serve the Waldorf chicken salad in a bowl and garnish with nuts.
