Apple and Cinnamon Donuts

  • 4 Red Delicious apples, whole
  • 1 cup pancake mix

  • Peel and core the apples on a cutting board, then cut into thick slices.
  • Blend the pancake flour, milk, egg, cinnamon, and butter until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a bowl and dip the apples into the mixture, then fry in a pan with oil for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve the donuts with melted chocolate.
