Peel and cut the bananas into 3 equal parts and freeze for 30 minutes.
In an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form, add the powdered sugar and mix with the peanut butter. Place the mixture in a plastic piping bag with a star tip and refrigerate.
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe container, and heat in 15-second intervals until completely melted.
Take the bananas out of the refrigerator and dip one end in chocolate, roll in chopped nuts and let the chocolate harden.
Decorate with the peanut butter. Serve.
