3 bananas, not too ripe
30 grams bittersweet chocolate
m&m´s chocolate, orange
10 grams white chocolate

Peel the bananas, remove the strings from the peel. Cut off one end of each.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. You can also do it in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
Use a spoon to coat each banana, starting from the pointed end and not going past the middle. Use the image as a guide.
Separately, melt the white chocolate. Place it in a plastic bag, cut the corner, and form the white part of the eye.
Do the same with the leftover dark chocolate. Detail the center of the eye.
Cut the orange candy-coated chocolate in half. Make as many halves as you need for the beaks and feet.
At the end of each banana, place the two halves of the orange chocolate you cut. And one on top, as a beak.
Place them on a flat plate and take them to the freezer for 15 minutes. Don’t leave them longer as the banana may oxidize and turn brown.
