  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and milk chocolate separately in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Chop the hazelnuts.
  • Place the butter in a saucepan and heat it; once melted, add SPLENDA®, milk, melted chocolates, and cocoa. Mix well.
  • Remove from heat and gradually incorporate the egg, vanilla extract, hazelnuts, and flour.
  • When the mixture is homogeneous, place half of it in paper cupcake liners inside a mold. Put the rest in a small greased and floured tray; it is recommended that it be about one centimeter thick so that the flower is not too bulky.
  • Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 13 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
  • Use a flower cutter to shape the brownie placed on the tray.
  • Place the flower-shaped brownie on a skewer as if it were a stem.
  • Decorate the flower-shaped brownie with sugar-free colored chocolate.
  • Use green whipped cream and decorate the brownie cupcake with a piping bag as if it were grass.
  • Place the flower on the brownie cupcakes.
