Cherry truffle recipe

  • 24 chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups Smucker's® Cherry Jam
  • white chocolate
  • fondant eyes

  • Crush the cookies until they are powdered, place in a bowl and mix with Smucker's® cherry jam and cream cheese until a dough forms.
  • Make balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate the truffles for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the white chocolate and dip the truffles in chocolate, then place on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  • Place the remaining chocolate in a piping bag and make stripes over the truffles to simulate the mummies' bandages. Add the candy eyes and let dry.
