Chocobolitas without Oven

These truffles are ideal for cooking with your children and their friends as they do not require an oven. Besides being practical, they are delicious. Let’s get to work!

  • 2 pipes cookies, tipo Maria
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 bittersweet chocolates
  • 50 raisins
  • cocoa powder

  • Place the cookies in a plastic bag, seal the bag well. Roll a rolling pin over it until they are well crushed.
  • In a round and deep container, place the cookie powder and spread the entire can of sweetened condensed milk.
  • In this step, you can invite your children to knead or you can help yourself with a spatula to do it.
  • Melt a little dark chocolate in the microwave, approximately for 15 seconds, depending on the power of yours.
  • Incorporate the chocolate into the cookie and sweetened condensed milk mixture, stir well.
  • Moisten your hands to start forming the balls without them sticking. Add a raisin in the center, close the ball. Continue doing this with the entire mixture.
  • Roll the balls in cocoa powder until well covered. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Once ready, you can serve them on a plate or store them in cellophane bags or a glass jar.
