Chocolate Cakebites

Chocolate cake pops covered in colored chocolate decorated with various sprinkles.

  • 3/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, of chocolate
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • chocolates, for melting (for the coating)
  • chocolate chips, and colored

  • Combine all the dry ingredients, slowly pour in the chocolate milk, egg, oil, butter, and vanilla. Stir well until everything is perfectly combined.
  • Using an electric cake bite maker, fill each space a little more than halfway, cover, and cook for 5 minutes after it reaches its maximum temperature. In a conventional oven, fill the mold, cover, and bake at 180ºC for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the mold and let cool.
  • Melt the chocolate according to the manufacturer's instructions, dip a ball into the chocolate until it is covered, pick it up with a popsicle stick and remove it from the chocolate, decorate with sprinkles and let it cool.
