Crush the chocolate cookies in a food processor, or place them in a bag and roll a rolling pin over them.
Place the butter and the two packages of cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Beat for two minutes. Gradually add the sugar, increase the speed, and stop when you see a homogeneous texture.
Mix the contents of the chocolate pudding packages in a bowl with 4 cups of milk. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then set aside.
With the help of a spatula, incorporate the cream cheese mixture into the bowl with the pudding. At this point, add the whipped cream, and with folding motions, mix everything well.
The assembly will depend on you; you can use a deep and tall container. Alternate a layer of crushed cookies and a layer of the chocolate mixture until finishing with a layer of crushed cookies that resembles the soil of the pot.
You can alternate the gummy worms between layers or only place them on top of the crushed cookies just before serving.
Refrigerate for four hours.
