  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 1 bag ice cubes, or ice in a baking dish

  • Cut and chop the coconut into small pieces.
  • Blend all the ingredients: coconut pulp, milk, coconut cream, sugar, and ice. Pour into popsicle molds or ice cube trays and freeze.
