100 grams sugar , refined
90 grams flour
60 grams white chocolate
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
3 eggs , smoothies
200 grams semisweet chocolate
70 grams raw sugar
50 grams nut , in pieces
85 grams unsalted butter

Melt the chocolates separately in a double boiler.
Place the butter in a pan over low heat, and as soon as it starts to melt, add the brown sugar.
Incorporate the semi-sweet chocolate and mix.
Add the refined sugar, mix, and remove from heat.
Gradually add the eggs, vanilla, flour, and walnuts.
Mix until obtaining a homogeneous preparation, do not overmix.
Pour into a previously greased, floured, and lined mold with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 170 degrees, check with a toothpick to see if it comes out slightly moist.
Unmold and cut into squares, decorate with a little powdered sugar or cajeta.
