  • 100 grams sugar , refined
  • 90 grams flour
  • 60 grams white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs , smoothies
  • 200 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 70 grams raw sugar
  • 50 grams nut , in pieces
  • 85 grams unsalted butter

  • Melt the chocolates separately in a double boiler.
  • Place the butter in a pan over low heat, and as soon as it starts to melt, add the brown sugar.
  • Incorporate the semi-sweet chocolate and mix.
  • Add the refined sugar, mix, and remove from heat.
  • Gradually add the eggs, vanilla, flour, and walnuts.
  • Mix until obtaining a homogeneous preparation, do not overmix.
  • Pour into a previously greased, floured, and lined mold with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 170 degrees, check with a toothpick to see if it comes out slightly moist.
  • Unmold and cut into squares, decorate with a little powdered sugar or cajeta.
