  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between to continue melting. Set aside.
  • Inflate balloons and dip half of each one in chocolate, so that a cup forms. Let dry until the chocolate completely hardens or refrigerate for 5 minutes, then pop the balloon, release the air, and carefully detach the chocolate cup.
  • Fill the chocolate cups with Häagen-Dazs® vanilla ice cream, add McCormick® red fruit jam, and decorate with red fruits and mint.
  • Add a thick layer of chocolate in small cups, covering the entire surface and removing the excess. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
  • Serve Häagen-Dazs® vanilla ice cream in the chocolate cups, then add some cubes of cake and a few tablespoons of McCormick® red fruit jam. Next, press the ice cream to make it compact, place a popsicle stick in each one, and freeze.
  • Remove the chocolate ice cream pops from the cup and place them on a plate with red fruits.
