Easy Mango Sorbet

  • 5 mangoes, for the sorbet
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the syrup
  • 1 cup water, for the syrup
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice, for the sorbet
  • 1 pinch salt, for the sorbet
  • 1 cup mango, spicy, for decoration

  • For the syrup, mix 2 parts water with 1 part sugar until it dissolves completely. Let it cool.
  • Cut the pulp of the mangos into small cubes and freeze them for about 3 hours.
  • In a blender, pour in the frozen mango, lime juice, syrup, and blend until combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into the mango skins and return to the freezer for 2 more hours.
  • Decorate with spicy mango. You can add chamoy for more flavor.
