Fried Ice Cream

This is a simple way to make fried ice cream, as you use sandwich bread and the ice cream you like best to have a delicious dessert. Try it.

  • 500 grams ice cream
  • 20 slices sliced bread
  • 3/4 cups pancake mix
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • oil , for frying

  • With a special ice cream scoop, form a large ball with your preferred ice cream.
  • With a knife, cut the edges off the sandwich bread.
  • Cover the scoop of ice cream with the sandwich bread and press with your hands to make them stick better.
  • With a brush, moisten the entire surface with milk, wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and freeze again.
  • If you want to use brioche bread, cut off the top, hollow it out, and insert a scoop of ice cream. Cover with the bread; moisten with milk, cover with aluminum foil, and freeze.
  • In a bowl, mix the pancake flour, milk, and egg until well combined.
  • Dip the scoop of ice cream in this mixture and fry in a saucepan with enough oil until golden brown.
  • Let it rest on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
