Halloween Brownies

Try these delicious Halloween brownies, they are easy to make and have a tomb decoration perfect for your kids on this Halloween day.

  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, softened
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 bag walnuts
  • 2 packages marshmallow
  • 500 grams icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons edible glycerin
  • food coloring, in different colors (brown, green, orange)
  • 1 tub chocolate frosting

  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional), and flour (do not overmix). Add cream and mix (add walnuts).
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
  • Bake at 175/180°C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes, it will be dry).
  • For the fondant: In a bowl over a double boiler, melt the marshmallows completely. In another bowl, put the powdered sugar, and add the melted marshmallows. Incorporate gently until a sort of dough forms. Set aside and add the food coloring needed for decoration.
  • Spread chocolate frosting on the brownies. With the brown-colored fondant, make the tombstones and place them at one end of the brownie (you can write RIP with the frosting). Make small pumpkins with the orange fondant and the top part with green. You can also make grass with the green fondant as shown in the picture.
