  • Our first step is to gather the ingredients to make the dessert for Valentine's Day; note that we will also need some plastic wrap.
  • With the ingredients ready, the next step is to line the bottom of the molds with a bit of plastic wrap to make our aphrodisiac desserts. If you wish, you can put some adhesive around it to hold the wrap securely.
  • Make a mixture with melted butter and crushed cookies; this will be the base for the strawberry and chocolate mousse. Flatten the mixture well using a spoon; it’s important that the base layer is thin and not too thick to leave space for the mousse. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  • Next, we will prepare the mousse. For this, the first step is to mix the plain yogurt with the cocoa powder. Add the sugar and mix very well until the ingredients are combined.
  • Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in a cup of hot water and let it cool.
  • Add half a cup of the hydrated unflavored gelatin to the previously prepared chocolate mousse. Mix very well.
  • Remove the molds from the refrigerator and, using a spoon, add a little of the mousse to each mold. The important thing is that the mousse only fills half of the mold so that we can add the other half of the strawberry mousse. Return the molds to the refrigerator for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  • To prepare the strawberry mousse, place the previously washed strawberries in a bowl and add a little water and about two tablespoons of white sugar. Process until it forms a puree.
  • Next, add the heavy cream and, using a whisk, whip the mixture until it is semi-whipped. Add the other half of the unflavored gelatin and mix very well.
  • Add the strawberry mousse to each of the molds as shown in the photograph and return the molds to the refrigerator to finish the dessert.
  • Once it has set, carefully unmold each of the desserts and place them on a white plate. As you can see, they turned out nicely in the shape of a heart; you must be careful with the base of our aphrodisiac mousse as the cookie is delicate.
