  • 4 kiwis, without shell
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 drops green food coloring
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 4 cups milk, hot
  • 1 bag pistachio jelly
  • chocolate cookies, crushed

  • Blend the kiwis, sugar, and water until you achieve a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the mixture and heat until it boils, but keep stirring. Add the gelatin and incorporate perfectly.
  • In another bowl, mix the pistachio gelatin with the milk, stirring until it dissolves and set aside.
  • Place the kiwi and pistachio gelatin in dinosaur molds and egg molds, decorating to your liking. Then, refrigerate the kiwisauruses for 2 hours or until they are set well.
