Lemon Popsicles

If you crave a light and refreshing fruit dessert, then try these lemon popsicles, which also have pieces of mango, kiwi, and strawberry; it’s the perfect dessert to share with the whole family!

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cucumbers, peeled and seedless
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • kiwi, in thin slices
  • strawberries, in thin slices
  • mango, in medium cubes

  • Blend the water, lemon juice, cucumber, and honey. Strain and set aside.
  • Place kiwi, strawberry, and mango in popsicle molds and pour in the blended juice.
  • Place in the freezer and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Serve the lemon popsicles in a bowl with ice, garnish with fruit, and enjoy.
