Little Sheep Truffles

Prepare these delicious coconut truffles. You can cook them with your kids because they don't need an oven.

  • 300 grams white chocolate, for baking
  • 200 grams shredded coconut
  • condensed milk , small can
  • 10 cherries
  • 50 milliliters coconut cream
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • chocolates, in egg shape
  • cauliflowers, a small bouquet

  • Melt the butter and white chocolate in the microwave. Mix with the coconut cream.
  • Incorporate one third of the grated coconut. Mix and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes.
  • With the help of a spoon, take some of the mixture and form small balls.
  • Insert a pitless cherry into each ball.
  • Roll in the remaining grated coconut.
  • With a little condensed milk, attach the chocolate egg to the truffle.
  • Put another drop of condensed milk to attach the cauliflower as hair.
  • If you have an edible marker, draw eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
  • Place in small cupcake liners or on a plate with a little cocoa sprinkled.
