Stir the yogurt with a handful of M&M's using a spoon or in a blender so that the consistency becomes smooth and creamy. Gently mix in a teaspoon of vanilla and cinnamon.
Cut the strawberries in half and arrange them upside down in a glass. Then add a bit of yogurt and incorporate strawberries, and continue this way until the glass is gradually filled.
NOTE: Do not fill it completely as whipped cream and the remaining M&M's with a pinch of cinnamon will be added for presentation.
