This delicious gelatin has a great flavor, as it is made with natural fruits. Its presentation will surprise everyone, and no one will be able to resist a piece of Mickey Mouse surprise gelatin.
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, for the yellow gelatin (hydrated)
1 cup water, to hydrate
1 cup mango, for the yellow gelatin
1/2 cups pineapple, for the yellow gelatin
2 cups water, for the yellow gelatin

1 banana, for the red gelatin
4 cups water, for the red gelatin

In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
For the yellow gelatin: blend the mango and pineapple. Then, in a small pot over medium heat, warm the previous mixture and add the hydrated gelatin. Stir until combined.
Pour into the small Mickey® mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold and set aside.
In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
For the red gelatin: blend the strawberries, watermelon, banana along with the water. Then, in a small pot over medium heat, warm the previous mixture and add the gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Let it cool and set aside.
Pour a quarter of it into the large Mickey® mold, place the mango gelatin both in the center and in the ears, and pour the rest of the red gelatin to cover. Refrigerate until set.
Unmold onto a white plate and decorate with strawberries, mango, and blackberries.
