A dessert or snack that your kids will love. These bananas with peanut butter can be completely covered in chocolate or half-covered as shown in the photo.
With a knife or spoon, make a small hole in the top of the banana.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and cover half of the bananas with the chocolate, immediately roll in the chopped nuts and place on wax paper, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Fill the bananas with peanut butter using a piping bag.
Serve cold.
