Rice Cake Sandwiches

  • 1 package Saníssimo® Rice Crackers, (the package includes 2 pieces)
  • 1/2 cups strawberry jam, 100% natural, no sugar, 1/4 cup per serving
  • 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, no sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut, organic, toasted

  • Spread a Saníssimo® Rice Cake with strawberry jam and place another on top, as if it were a sandwich. Repeat the same procedure with the other cakes. Set aside.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler and the rice cake sandwich.
  • Decorate with toasted coconut.
