Cut off the tip of the strawberry; these will form Santa's hat.
Place whipped cream at the base of the strawberry, this will be Santa's belly.
Also place whipped cream on top of the hat.
As a final touch, add a little whipped cream at the base of the white chocolate chips and decorate as if they were buttons. Stick the dark chocolate chips with a bit of whipped cream to form the eyes.
