  • 450 grams white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 12 strawberries, with leaves
  • 50 grams dark chocolate chips

  • Place some sticks on the side of the strawberry leaves.
  • Melt the white chocolate together with the shortening in a double boiler.
  • Hold the strawberries by the sticks, dip the tips of the strawberries into the melted white chocolate.
  • Place the strawberries with white chocolate on a tray lined with wax paper (to prevent the chocolate from sticking).
  • Put the strawberries in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, then add eyes and a mouth to the strawberries.
  • Put back in the refrigerator to harden the dark chocolate and you're done!
