Spaceship Sandwich

  • 12 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 tablespoons blueberry and pomegranate jam Extra Special®
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, slices for decoration
  • 1 pear, for decoration
  • 1/2 mangoes, for decoration

  • Using cutters, cut 8 breads into an oval shape to simulate a spaceship. With a small round cutter, make holes in the middle of only 4 breads to simulate windows. Cut the remaining 4 breads into triangles to simulate wings.
  • Spread a little peanut butter on the breads without holes. Add a little jam and cover. If necessary, fill the holes with a little more jam.
  • Cut the strawberries and pear into triangles to simulate fire and place them at the bottom of the sandwich.
  • Decorate the spaceship with strips of mango. Place the triangular breads on the sides and serve. Buy HERE
