These strawberry oat bars are healthy, easy to make, and ideal for giving kids a snack; they can be easily transported and keep very well in refrigeration.
2 cups Aires de Campo® organic oat flakes, origin Puebla
1 cup water
1 Organic red egg Aires de Campo®, origin Morelos
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon clear vanilla
2 cups strawberry , in thin slices
Cooperative Mexican Honey, for pairing
Organic preserve of forest fruits with acai Aires del Campo®, origin Michoacán

In a bowl, place the organic rolled oats Aires de Campo®, the water, and let sit for 60 minutes; discard the soaking water, rinse with cold water, and strain with a sieve and a cheesecloth to perfectly eliminate the liquid.
Return the oats to a bowl and add the organic red egg Aires de Campo®, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.
Transfer the oat mixture to a silicone mold or a non-stick baking tray and spread the mixture with the help of a spatula. Place the slices of strawberry all over the surface.
Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes or until completely cooked.
Remove from the oven, cool, and cut into rectangles of 8 x 4 cm. Drizzle with honey from the “Miel Mexicana” Cooperative or with organic berry fruit preserve with acai Aires de Campo®. They are ready to enjoy!
