Watermelon Pizza

No one says no to a good slice of pizza, and you can confirm this with this watermelon pizza recipe, which is very easy to make and ideal as a snack or dessert for the little ones at home. It is made with sweet ricotta and fruits such as pineapple, strawberries, bananas, grapes, and melon, and can also work for breakfast on cool days. Decorate it with mint leaves and enjoy this different pizza.

  • 1 cup requesón, for the cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for the cheese
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the cheese
  • 3 tablespoons spearmint, finely chopped, for the cheese
  • 1 lime zest, for the cheese
  • 1/4 pineapples, for the pizza
  • 1 cup strawberries, for the pizza
  • 2 bananas, for the pizza
  • 1 cup grapes, for the pizza
  • 1/4 melons, for the pizza
  • 1 watermelon, for the pizza base

  • For the cheese, in a bowl mix the ricotta, sour cream, honey, mint, and lemon zest until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
  • On a cutting board and with the help of a knife, cut the pineapple into small cubes; the strawberry, banana, and grapes into slices, and the melon into triangles. Set aside.
  • For the base, cut the watermelon to create a circle approximately 2 fingers thick. Using a spoon, spread the ricotta over the watermelon until covered, arrange the fruit one by one, and decorate with mint leaves.
  • Cut the watermelon into pizza-shaped slices. Enjoy!
