1 liter plain yogurt, Vitalínea

Low
Mix the finely chopped fruit until you achieve two cups of the mixture.
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and add the two cups of chopped fruit. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Line the inside of the plastic cups with aluminum foil.
Pour the yogurt mixture with the fruit into the cups.
Insert the wooden popsicle sticks and freeze for five hours.
Once ready, remove the popsicle and take off the aluminum foil.
