Yogurt Popsicles

Healthy and delicious yogurt popsicles. Treat your kids to this refreshing dessert.

  • raspberries, chopped
  • strawberries, chopped
  • blueberries, chopped
  • 1 liter plain yogurt, Vitalínea

  • Mix the finely chopped fruit until you achieve two cups of the mixture.
  • Pour the yogurt into a bowl and add the two cups of chopped fruit. Mix until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  • Line the inside of the plastic cups with aluminum foil.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture with the fruit into the cups.
  • Insert the wooden popsicle sticks and freeze for five hours.
  • Once ready, remove the popsicle and take off the aluminum foil.
  • Enjoy
