Mix the butter with the brown sugar and the refined sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes, and finally add the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, walnuts, and salt. Mix until everything is perfectly incorporated.
Place parchment paper on the tray of the Instant Vortex® and form balls of cookie dough using an ice cream scoop. Place them on the tray, spaced 2 cm apart, as they expand, and flatten them a bit with your hands.
Set the bake mode on the Instant Vortex® and cook at 180 °C for 7 minutes.
Remove the chocolate cookies from the air fryer and let them cool for 20 minutes on a rack.
Serve the cookies in the air fryer in a basket and accompany with a cup of coffee.
