Air Fryer Cookies

Take advantage of this air fryer recipe and make chocolate cookies in a much more practical and easy way with the Instant Vortex® in just 8 minutes.

  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cups walnuts, finely chopped

  • Mix the butter with the brown sugar and the refined sugar in a bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix for 2 minutes, and finally add the flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, walnuts, and salt. Mix until everything is perfectly incorporated.
  • Place parchment paper on the tray of the Instant Vortex® and form balls of cookie dough using an ice cream scoop. Place them on the tray, spaced 2 cm apart, as they expand, and flatten them a bit with your hands.
  • Set the bake mode on the Instant Vortex® and cook at 180 °C for 7 minutes.
  • Remove the chocolate cookies from the air fryer and let them cool for 20 minutes on a rack.
  • Serve the cookies in the air fryer in a basket and accompany with a cup of coffee.
