3 cups dark chocolate, sugar-free, 500 grams, cut into small pieces
1 cup almond milk, 250 ml
1/2 cups whipping cream, 125 ml
1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.Spread the almonds on a baking sheet and try to distribute them evenly across the surface. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C, stirring constantly with a spatula to ensure the almonds toast evenly. Remove from the oven and let cool. Set aside until use.
Place the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt it in the microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring constantly to evenly incorporate the chocolate between each time. Mix until the chocolate has a slightly shiny tone and a melted consistency.
Pour the almond milk and the heavy cream into the bowl with the melted chocolate, mix and integrate.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until it has a manageable texture.
In a rectangular container, place a layer of the chocolate mixture, add the toasted almonds and chocolate chips, repeat the layers until finishing with the melted chocolate mixture, place toasted almonds and chocolate chips on top to make it visually appealing. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Serve using an ice cream scoop, accompany with chopped almonds and strawberry slices.
