2 egg whites
150 grams sugar
150 grams almonds, sliced
30 grams sifted flour
50 grams butter
1 stick bittersweet chocolate

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until very frothy; once frothy, incorporate the softened butter.
Carefully add the sifted flour and fold it in perfectly.
Add the sliced almonds, reserving a few to sprinkle on top at the end.
On a previously greased baking tray, make small piles of the mixture and spread them with a spoon, leaving space between each one.
Spread the reserved sliced almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175ºC for 10 minutes.
Remove them and quickly detach them so they don't cool down and harden.
Place them on a flat surface well arranged to keep their shape, or they can also be placed on a rolling pin to give them a raised shape.
Put the chocolate in a double boiler to melt it.
On the already dry cookies, chocolate is placed on top in stripes.
Let the chocolate cool, and it's ready!
