2 cups water
1 cup sunflower oil
3 cups flour
4 handfuls sugar
1 cinnamon
6 eggs
unsalted butter , to taste

Bring the water and oil to a boil.
When it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the flour.
Mix the dough very well and let it cool.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing very well before adding the next egg.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Grease a large square baking dish with butter, spread the dough, and sprinkle plenty of sugar and cinnamon on top.
17 minutes in the oven and enjoy.
