Apple and Blueberry Compote

  • Pam® butter, Butter-flavored canola oil spray
  • 1 kilo red apple
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 100 grams cranberries
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped

  • Remove the core from the apples and slice them.
  • Spray a skillet with 3 bursts of PAM® Butter and place the apples with the blueberries, cooking over medium heat, and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Once they are soft, add the chopped nuts.
  • Serve accompanied by natural yogurt if desired.
