1 cup sugar
1 lime, its juice
1/4 cups brandy
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup flour
1 1/4 cups oats
1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 stick unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Transfer the apples to a deep bowl and mix with the sugar, lemon juice, brandy, and cinnamon.
Prepare a baking dish and grease it with cooking spray.
In another deep bowl, mix the walnuts, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter. Mix well with your hands until you have a thick dough.
In the baking dish, first place a layer of apples and on top of them, place a layer of the oat dough.
Bake for 45 minutes and remove from the oven.
Serve the cake with vanilla ice cream.
