A delicious apple dessert, if you really like apples this is a good dessert to prepare. I love it!

1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/4 cups wheat flour
2 tablespoons soy flour
3/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons butter
salt, to taste

Wash and peel the apples, cut them into wedges and place them over heat with a cup of water and lemon juice for a few minutes to prevent oxidation.
Mix the remaining water with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Grease a baking dish, layer in some apples and soak them with the cinnamon water. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Sift the flours, salt, and remaining cinnamon twice.
Add the butter and mix until the dough resembles crumbs.
Spread this mixture over the apples and bake for 40 minutes at 190 °C.
