Apple Dessert

A delicious apple dessert, if you really like apples this is a good dessert to prepare. I love it!

  • 6 apples
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons soy flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt, to taste

  • Wash and peel the apples, cut them into wedges and place them over heat with a cup of water and lemon juice for a few minutes to prevent oxidation.
  • Mix the remaining water with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • Grease a baking dish, layer in some apples and soak them with the cinnamon water. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • Sift the flours, salt, and remaining cinnamon twice.
  • Add the butter and mix until the dough resembles crumbs.
  • Spread this mixture over the apples and bake for 40 minutes at 190 °C.
