2 star anise pods
1 cup brown sugar
2 envelopes D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, 140 g each
1/4 cups peppermint, for decoration

Cut the apples into wedges.
Heat the water and add cinnamon, anise, and sugar. Incorporate the apples, cook, strain, and let cool.
Heat 2 liters of water and dissolve the D’Gari® Crystal Gelatin, mix and set aside.
Place the apple in a gelatin mold and add the gelatin preparation, let it set for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Unmold and decorate with mint leaves.
