Apple Gelatin

D’Gari® Crystal Gelatin with a light pineapple flavor filled with green apples and a hint of vanilla and anise, this gelatin is not only nutritious but truly delicious; delight your guests with this easy and special dessert.

  • 4 apples
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 star anise pods
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® crystal gelatin dessert, 140 g each
  • 1/4 cups peppermint, for decoration

  • Cut the apples into wedges.
  • Heat the water and add cinnamon, anise, and sugar. Incorporate the apples, cook, strain, and let cool.
  • Heat 2 liters of water and dissolve the D’Gari® Crystal Gelatin, mix and set aside.
  • Place the apple in a gelatin mold and add the gelatin preparation, let it set for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Unmold and decorate with mint leaves.
