Apple Salad

It is more than delicious and apart very light and healthy for being based on natural fruits. Besides being a Christmas tradition. It is a simple recipe but very rich.

  • 1 kilo apple, peeled and diced
  • 200 grams walnuts
  • 1 can canned peaches
  • 2 cups table cream

  • Finely chop the peach, apple and walnut.
  • In a bowl stir the fruit with the half creams and peach syrup to taste.
  • Stir until the cream covers all the fruit.
