Medium
Mix 1/2 can of condensed milk with the cream in a bowl.
Incorporate the apple, pineapple, raisins, grated carrot, and walnuts.
Mix again and set aside.
Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a table (approximately the size you want to extend your bread).
Trim the edges of the bread to form them well joined, giving them a square shape of your preference.
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin (if you don't have a rolling pin, you can use a bottle) and smooth it out so that it doesn't separate.
Spread the entire surface perfectly with the leftover condensed milk (Some people may not like it too sweet, you can substitute with cream).
Add the apple salad and distribute it along the bread bed.
(Leave about 5cm free on one side so that when rolling, the salad doesn't spill out)
Roll it up tightly in the aluminum and close it perfectly, sealing the edge with a bit of cream so that it doesn't come apart and store it in the refrigerator.
