Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, then soak them in a tray with brown sugar. Once all the apples are chopped, take them out, drain them, and pour them into a large bowl. Add the two jars of mango yogurt and stir. Add the walnuts, raisins, and well-drained fruit cocktail. Gently mix everything until fully combined. A few minutes before serving, add the white marshmallows and for the kids, sprinkle the gummy panditas on top. Note: this sweet must be refrigerated after making it.
