1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water of roses
2 tablespoons glucose syrup
red food coloring, heat-resistant
10 red apples, small
2 tablespoons corn oil
100 grams corn, popping corn
100 grams sugar

In a saucepan, combine the sugar with water, glucose, and red coloring. Mix and heat.
Cook until reaching 150°C.
Pierce the apples with a skewer and dip in the syrup.
Then coat with the popcorn and let cool.
Place the oil in a deep pot with a lid and heat it, add the corn and sugar.
Cover and cook, shaking the pot, until the corn pops and the popcorn forms.
Remove from heat, spread out on a tray, and let cool.
