In a bowl, combine the oats with the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chocolate chips.
In another bowl, combine the original Plant Revolution® almond milk with the banana, egg, and vanilla. Gradually add the margarine while continuing to beat.
Add the previous mixture to the oat mixture and beat until well combined.
Pour into a greased and floured brownie pan, spread with a spoon, and top with the almonds.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through. Cool and cut into bars.
