Banana and apple bread made with pancake mix. Delicious and unmatched. It is very simple and quick to make, I recommend it.

2 cups pancake mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, unsalted melted
1 cup cow's milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
1 banana, thin slices
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
Preparation

Blend all the ingredients except the fruit and cinnamon until well combined.
Pour half of the mixture into a glass mold previously greased with oil.
Arrange the slices of fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon, then add the rest of the batter.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry.
It can be decorated with whipped cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla, topped with chopped nuts.
