Banana and Apple Bread

Banana and apple bread made with pancake mix. Delicious and unmatched. It is very simple and quick to make, I recommend it.

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, unsalted melted
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 banana, thin slices
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

  • Blend all the ingredients except the fruit and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Pour half of the mixture into a glass mold previously greased with oil.
  • Arrange the slices of fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon, then add the rest of the batter.
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry.
  • It can be decorated with whipped cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla, topped with chopped nuts.
