12 bananas, 1 small banana
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
6 eggs
90 grams butter, (1 stick)

Preparation

Mash the bananas into a puree.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Mix the sugar with the butter and the egg yolks.
Combine the flour with the baking soda and mix it into the sugar mixture.
Incorporate the bananas and, using a spatula, fold in the egg whites, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts.
Pour into a previously greased and floured mold and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
