In a bowl, mash the banana until you get a puree. Set aside.
For the cereal crumble, mix the butter with the brown sugar, flour, and Cereal Fitness® Original until you have a sandy mixture. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
For the bread, beat the butter until creamy, add the brown sugar and beat for 3 minutes. Add the eggs one by one, the vanilla essence, the mashed banana, incorporate the sifted dry ingredients and the walnuts.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan, add the cereal crumble on top, and bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes, or until cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool.
