Banana Bread with Granola

  • 2 1/4 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Process the Kellogg’s® Coco Granola, raisins, and honey until they are broken down into a very fine flour. Transfer the Kellogg’s® Coco Granola flour, raisins, and honey to a bowl and add the ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mash the bananas until they have a puree-like consistency. Add the egg, vanilla, and honey, mixing until everything is incorporated.
  • Add the Kellogg’s® Coco Granola, raisins, and honey mixture, and stir until you achieve a slightly thick mixture. Reserve 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips and incorporate the rest into the mixture.
  • Grease a square baking pan, pour in the mixture, and top with the tablespoon of chocolate chips. Bake at 180°C for 15-18 minutes.
