Banana Bread with Granola

Prepare this delicious banana bread with granola. It is made with Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey that goes perfectly with the banana. They do not contain gluten, it is soft and delicious. You can eat it for breakfast or at noon as a snack. It is very easy and simple to do.

  • 2 1/4 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Process the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola, raisins and honey until dissolved to obtain a very fine flour. Transfer the Kellogg's® Coconut Granola flour, raisins and honey to a bowl and add the ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another bowl, mash the bananas until they have the consistency of a puree. Add the egg, vanilla and honey, mix until everything is incorporated.
  • Add Kellogg's® Coconut Granola mixture, raisins, and honey and stir until slightly thick. Reserve 1 tbsp of chocolate chips and stir in the rest of the chocolate chips.
  • Grease a square mold, pour the mixture and on top add the tbsp of chocolate chips. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-18 minutes.
