  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 80 grams brown sugar
  • 125 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 80 grams walnuts, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mash the bananas with the white and brown sugar in a bowl using a fork.
  • Beat at high speed and add the eggs one by one without stopping, then add the oil and vanilla.
  • Add the flour and baking powder; sifting them, then mix on low speed until the batter is smooth. Add the nuts.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for one hour.
