  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cow's milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • cooking spray
  • walnuts, necessary amount

  • We spray the cup with cooking oil.
  • In a bowl, we put all the dry ingredients and mix them.
  • We add the vanilla, oil, and milk to the mashed banana and mix well.
  • We put the banana mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix.
  • We add the walnut and place the mixture in the cup.
  • We put the cup in the microwave and set it for 4 minutes. Do not open the microwave before 90 seconds.
