2/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 bananas, ripe mashed bananas
1 egg
1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cups cow's milk
3/4 cups chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180° C (175F).
Place cupcake liners in a cupcake tray.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix the mashed bananas with the milk, room temperature butter, and eggs.
Add the dry ingredients to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined (do not overmix).
Add the chocolate chips.
Divide the mixture among the muffin cups (3/4 full).
Bake until golden and cooked through, about 32 minutes.
Cool the muffins on a wire rack.
To serve, place each muffin on a plate, add whipped cream on top, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and nestle a cookie on top.
