2 ripe bananas, or bananas, peeled and chopped
1/2 cups peanuts, or walnuts
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cranberries, or raisins
1/3 cups oil
2 cups oats
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla , or lemon zest
1/2 teaspoons salt

Mix the banana, vanilla extract or lemon zest, and sugar well. Incorporate the oil.
Add the oats and salt, mixing again until it forms a homogeneous paste.
Finally, incorporate the blueberries, peanuts, and let the dough rest for a few minutes until it has absorbed the juice from the fruit.
Grease a baking tray and place the dough in spoonfuls on it. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until they are well golden.
